Specialists in Plasma and Oxy cutting. We offer a broad range of steel plate processing services, whether it's Carbon Steel Grade 250 or Grade 350 Plate, Coil Plate, Boiler Plate, Quench and Tempered Plate and you need it Oxy or Plasma Cut, Bevelled, Drilled, Tapped, Countersunk or Wash Ground. Our machines are capable of cutting material up to 250mm thick producing product with a tolerance of +- 1mm or tighter where agreed. Our expertise and equipment allows unequalled control of bevel cutting with parameters such as speed, kerf and tilt angle all automatically adjusted for various bevel angles. Both straight and bevel cuts can be made on the same part. Profile cut parts can be surface ground to a specific tolerance and flatness with our 2 Lumsden rotary wash Grinding machines.
