| The scope includes:
- Load out and transport of all equipment at agreed mobilization bases (likely Europe, Asia and Australia);
- Survey and installation preparations such as marine growth removal;
- Installation of up to five subsea structures (Max weight 140Te);
- Installation of up to 38km of electrohydraulic umbilical;
- Installation of up to 18km of flexible flowlines (max 10 ID);
- Installation of rigid tie-in spools, HFls and EFLs
- Stabilisation using mats and installation for crossings;
- Metrology and final spool configuration preparations;
- Riser pull-in activities on the Thylacine platform;
- Tie in and precommissioning of subsea equipment;
- As-built survey;
- System cold commissioning - OPTION
The Installation Contractor will be responsible for all installation engineering, design and manufacture of temporary works and installation aids and provision of all vessel and spread regulatory safety cases. Independent validation of all design, fabrication and installation activities will be performed in accordance with Australian Regulatory requirements by Company using a reputable international validation entity. |

| The selected facilities consist of a flexible flowline system with sizes between 6inch and 10inch Internal Diameter.
This flowline system is complimented with rigid tie-in spools or flexible jumpers.
As part of this development, Beach have identified the need for subsea structures to tie-back these flexible flowlines. These may include:
- 6 Subsea tree tie-in rigid spools: 5 off
- 4-slot Subsea Central Manifold: 1 off
- Subsea Valve Manifold: 1 off
- Pipeline End Manifolds: 3 off
All equipment will consist of Corrosion Resistant Alloys for all production wetted parts. The spools will connect with Vertical Diverless Connectors.
The above Manifolds will all have ROV operable valves and Vertical and Horizontal Connectors to connect the Rigid spools and Flexible Flowlines. All Manifold will have foundations, either integrated or as a separate lift. Some of the manifolds may have instrumentation.
The Subsea Valve Manifold will contain a Beach provided Subsea Control Module complete with ancillaries.
Beach is seeking Expressions of Interest for potential bidders to provide the above equipment. The Equipment is to be provided as an integrated solution. The Scope of Work would therefore provisionally include:
1. Project Management
2. Safety Management
3. Quality Assurance and Quality Control
4. Procurement Services
5. Engineering
6. Detailed Design
7. Supply of components, including, but not limited to: Vertical Diverless Connectors, Horizontal Diverless Connectors, Diverless Connector Tooling, ROV operable valves, Hydraulically Operated valve(s), Wet Gas Flowmeters, CRA Piping materials, Anodes, Structure & Foundation materials.
8. Transport & Logistic services for all equipment
9. Fabrication, including coating of all equipment
10. Testing of all Equipment: Factory Acceptance testing of all components, Functional Testing, Hydrotesting/Leak testing, ROV Access simulation. |

| Beach have identified that Saturation Diving is necessary to tie-back the Phase 5 facilities, which will involve:
1. Installation and tie-in of a small subsea structure at the Platform base; and
2. Installation of a small subsea structure at a pre-installed Export pipeline Hot Tap location, including execution of the Hot Tap works and stabilisation of the Export pipeline (rock bolting).

Minimum Scope Requirements: Current Australian Vessel Safety Case for a hydrocarbon environment and a current Saturation Diving Safety Management System

| Beach are currently developing the Otway Phase 5 subsea facilities with a planned first gas date of Q1 2023. As part of the systems design the requirement for subsea metering has been identified to ensure the operability and integrity of the offshore production system and to provide production data for regulatory requirements and reservoir performance.
The scope requirement is to provide a minimum 3 off subsea metering systems that satisfy the primary functional requirements below:
- Measurement of Gas Flow Rate + 10% accuracy;
- Measurement of Formation Water Flow Rate;
- Detect the onset of formation water.
Additional items for consideration:
- Secondary functional requirement to measure condensate flow rate;
- Accuracy statements;
- Track record in Australia;
- Reliability;
- Technology Readiness Level;
- Retrievability (partial or full);
- Power requirements. |

| Beach are currently developing the Otway Phase 5 subsea facilities.
The selected facilities consist of a flexible flowline system suitable for hydrocarbon operations.
This flowline system is complimented with rigid tie-in spools or short flexible jumpers.
As part of this development, Beach have identified the need for subsea unbonded flexible pipe, to tie-back these subsea facilities. These may include:
- 10inch Internal Diameter Main Production line 3.9km
- 8inch Internal Diameter Infield Production line 4.0km
- 6inch Internal Diameter Infield Production line 1.4km
- 8inch Internal Diameter Infield Production Line 7.9km [Optional]
- 6inch Jumpers 50-100m (5 off) [Optional]
These flowlines are to be fully qualified, designed, manufactured and delivered in accordance with API 17J Specification for Unbonded Flexible Pipeline.
The products will need to be delivered complete with Midline connections (as needed), end-fittings, bend stiffeners/limiters and other ancillaries.
The product needs to be designed for water-depths up to 150m and will have operating temperature between approximately -25C (temporary) and 90C. In addition, it shall be suitable for a Maximum Operating pressure of up to 22MPag.

| Design and construction of a cyclonic solids recovery unit installed at the Otway Gas Plant, in the outlet from one of the Slugcatcher Liquids Receivers to filter residual solid material from drilling being transported from the wellbores to the Otway Gas Plant.
The new unit will be installed in a two-stage operation, with the first stage being to install the tie-in points and valving (to be designed) into the process pipework during the February/March 2020 Otway system shutdown. This will enable the clean-up skid to be installed (and subsequently removed) with the Otway Gas Plant online, and without any compromise to production.
The clean-up skid itself will be integrated into a single transportable unit. The active elements of the skid will be scalable to adapt to variations in flowrates, and even to installation in other Beach Energy facilities in the future. |

| The scope of work comprises:
- project management,
- installation engineering,

- procurement of permanent works duplex piping and bends,
- fabrication and installation of two permanent subsea duplex spools,
- recovery of an existing subsea spool,
- installation of electrical flying leads/ electro-hydraulic flying leads,
- subsea ROV and precommissioning operations.
An offshore dynamically positioned installation vessel will be mandatory to perform the work and shall have a current Australian Offshore Petroleum Safety Legislation, NOPSEMA approved Vessel Safety Case, complete with:
- a minimum 70 t active heave compensated crane,
- two-off work class ROVs.
The offshore campaign is planned for Q4 2020 approximately 70 km offshore Victoria in 85m water depth. |
